Returns of TER MITE II

My guess is correct! Termites hide in the boxes in my kitchen cabinet...

The guy come over and have a thorough check and he manage to found the nest.

BEHOLD!!! NOT FOR WEAK HEART!

My SWING bottle...there goes the box... The termites build their last nest inside my kitchen cabinet, they escaped the 1st "cleansing", they fall back and started to build their nest in boxes inside...



The termite killer guy found the nest and bring out...thousands of termite crawling out from the box...so damn geli man... look at the tiny white termites!




All the boxes shown here were eaten by termites...




My kitchen now is in a mess... *sigh* i need to clean it again... ~sien~

Hopefully the board was not eaten, luckily the boxes were sufficient for them... oso luckily my bottles still remain in good condition. My SWING is quite bad, cos the label all eaten by termites...hahahah....become no label SWING!

I really hope this is the last time...and this problem is solved once and for all...

Returns of TER MITE

Nearly 1month after the attacks...i notice something in the kitchen.

These insects is not ordinary insect, they are termites... these insects suddenly appear in my kitchen and worries me.



If you notice ur house got such insects, pls be extra alert cos they might already invading ur house.

Too bad to some of them, there ending were being killed! I hate them most! they ruin my kitchen and cost me $$$ to get them killed.

This is their ending...DEAD!

Without second thought, i open my kitchen cabinet which badly affected and FOUND!!! they came back...immediately i call the fella to come and clear this mess next day.

This time i call hear clearly the "clicking" sound by the termites...they are eating my cabinet...OMG...

So, to all of you...pls be extra alert on such minor thing. When u can hear sound "clicking" and flying insects in ur house, this means ur house is being invade by termites!

Genius Cookery

The genius cook has return...

These are my dinner on 25th Nov 2008.

Yes, i cooked!






This is brocolli+carrot+grey oyster mushroom.

Steps:

1. boil the brocolli and carrot for 1~2min with pinch of salt,
2. heat up oil, add in garlic, then grey oyster mushroom, fried them with some soya sauce,
3. mix water with oyster sauce, cook till the gravy become kao-kao,
4. place brocolli and carrot on serving plate, pour in the gravy and its done.
   

This is sizzling japanese tofu.

Steps:

1. Fried the japanese tofu till golden colour, then put aside,
2. heat oil, add garlic, then cut mushroom, minced pork and the assorted beans, fry them,
3. mix water with corn starch, add in black sauce, soya sauce, pinch of salt,
4. pour in the mixture and let it cook ~1min,
5. add in tofu and its done, ready to serve.
   

Mushroom soup.

Steps:

1. boil water, add in cut button mushroom,
2. add in campbell instant powder,
3. cook till boiled,
4. add in pepper and ready to be serve.

All these 3 dishes, cook <1hour...

~~step by step...so easy~~

Eye on Malaysia in Malacca

Eye on Malaysia shifted to Malacca.

This is my 1st time shooting an self-lighting & moving object.

There are still a lot more to improve, still can't get any ideas on the shooting.

Will certainly try and error few more times. =)

ah dear's angry face, because waited for so long, kena kencing by the waiter. He say very fast one...end up waited for >1/2hour.

Luckily we aren't that hungry...and the food is satisfying, else we will complaint to the max!

Food is great and price is reasonable here!
