苏格兰威士忌
用经过干燥,泥炭熏焙产生独特香味的大麦草作酿造原料制成。至少要储存8年以上,15年至20年是最优质的成品酒。色泽棕黄带红,清澈透亮,气味焦香并带有浓烈的烟味。

爱尔兰威士忌
以小麦,大麦,及黑麦等的麦芽作原料酿制而成。要经过3次蒸馏,然后入桶陈酿,一般需要8至15年。因没有用泥炭熏焙,所以没有焦香味。口味较绵柔长润,适用于制作混合酒和其他饮料共饮。
代表:Old Bushmills
美国威士忌
产自美国南部,加入了玉米作酿造原料,经发酵和蒸馏后放入内侧熏焦的橡木酒桶中酿制4至8年。装瓶时会加入蒸馏水加发稀释,所以没有浓烈的皇烟味,而是具有独特的橡树芳香。
代表:Jack Daniel's
加拿大威士忌
由黑麦,玉米和大麦混合酿制采用二次蒸馏,在木桶中储存4至10年等。加拿大威士忌特色是气味清爽,口感轻快,爽适,许多北美人士都爱这种酒。
代表:Seagram's crown royal

So, Item #1 & #2, at least can keep me going till end of this year. I have placed order today, and hopefully i can get it by this week and play around with it. Next shooting, my camera will have a facelift, i will be looking more pro! Actually, the BG is prevent me from hurting my wrist la. Lately my wrist is having pain after shooting. Extra battery is to prevent any "chua sai" moment from happening in last shooting.
For item #3 & #4, PC Fair is around the corner, will go and look see look see. =)
