Bought some steak ready to cook on Valentine's day but Hui Ching wanted to belanja whole family to Ikan Bakar.
So, I postpone to Monday instead.
1stly, I boiled all the vege and corn. Place it on the serving plate.
Put some butter on corn, some seasoning on vege...
Chopped garlic, butter, brown sauce needed to cook the gravy.
Grilled the steak, make it 1min, then flip over for another min, flip again 2~3min, and lastly flip over forlast 2~3min with medium fire. If you want medium done, try less minute.
Done.
