Wat's a HK style of steamboat?
It means, no only limited to Tomyum or Chicken soup base. It's with some special soup base, for instance, abalone soup, pork rib soup...and the soup base is already with something.
Means pork rib soup got pork rib, corn, carrot...etc. Not like those ordinary tomyum soup which come free with serai and kari leaves!
So, understand the explanation now?
This shop name "Harbour". It is located in the middle of linkage btw Tmn OUG & Sri Petaling.
We ordered luncheon meat, beef slices....yummy yummy...

The bill cost us RM190++... I almost drop my jaw for a food for 4persons...steamboat lagi...
No choice la... in KL ma...famous is like this one la...
