Antenatal Class - Week 3 (27/6/09)

27/6/09 - Week 3 for the antenatal class. This time, we need the rubber strip for serius exercise workout. Ah dear borrowed from wan sin. As usual, before going for class, we go for bf. This time, i bring her to my usual bf place. Had some roti telur and milo, for a great start for the day!



Again, be there on time but the classes starts late. Always trying to setting up the PC thingy.



Ah dear oso wait till boring and started to play with the rubber strip. According to the speaker, we will need to wait for a doctor to give us an explanation on vaccines.



See, playful mom...boy ah boy...dun be so playful like mommy ya. Well behave like daddy, OK?



Here come the doctor, Dr. Tee. He explains the importance of the vaccines can keep ur child safe from virus attackes. He showed some geli-fying pictures of chicken pox disease. So scary! I bet this must create a lot of attention and manage to get $ome $$ into MMC. Well, we wanted to give our child the best, so, we will definitely choose a few tat is important one for baby.

After some talks, we start exercise liao. But this time, husband dun need to do. Just helping at the side.

The rubber strip tie arond the knee and make some kicking movement, this can help a lot on the leg mussle. Train them up for better pushing, saids the speaker.

Pull pull pull, i can see from her face, she dun like it. She is lazy to do all these. Last week she got no choice cos i teman her to do all the exercise. This week she do it alone. She cannot tahan one. No patient... tsk tsk tsk!

Look at the husband, all waiting while playing their phones. Me bz taking photos. And all the moms to be are concertrating on the exercise. I felt good when seeing bunch of big tummy ppl exercising...hahahha...

The speaker try to explain with picture, how to push while giving birth. I must rmb this, so tat i could assist ah dear next time. I sure she dun listen one, nv pay attention.

Next week is rehearsal liao. Dunno how leh? Last class liao. So worried had not learn enough. Jialat jorrrr~~~
