Happy 1st year anniversary!

Happy 1st year anniversary to myself and ah dear!

We has been living together-gether in this new house 1year liao...yay!

In order to celebrate such great event...i changed all three upstairs room door, change a PVC toilet door, and most importantly... i resume my painting again... as it has been halted >1year...

I just can't imagine i can stand such "nice" colour of my doors...

And yes...we almost died during sleep because of the newly paint odour...MFK...should have do it one by one...

I always love party...organize party...love to hang out with friends...I like bbq, i just like it so much...but i don't bbq much...i steal around. I take those unclaim stick left on the pit...end up I eat so full without much effort of bbq-ing.



This bbq is to bid farewell to some of my ex-colleague in DaMonQi...actually it's just an excuse to throwing a party...kekekek



As usual la...food being prepared and it's always easy cos it's self-service...=)



The gang is so concertrating on the bbq-ing...look at MY...so serious when come to eat...

Baby Joel scared me cos half way he got allergy...I oso having allergy tat day...wonder allergy can spread one meh? Jean, baby Joel, and Michael=happy family...so envy...oh yeah...baby Joel so long...everything oso long...so lanky...another Crouch i suppose huh?!



Party sure have beer and alchohol one la...thanks to the crazy gang for sponsoring the drinks...free flow of beer, wine, oh kao, JD, Chivas...u name it....we got it...=)

Bloody Fang Yeow bring the unfinish Absinth bottle...demand all must drink finish...else cannot go home...I agree...i oso wanna finish this super bloody shit drink asap...cos it's really sux...the last time i drank, is in his house for CNY gathering...WTF! really like drinking a thinner or turpentine...MFK!

So, everyone gets a shot! hahahha...

After the 5th time...5th party...this bottle comes to an end...YAY! no more in future's party...i wun be seeing the drink....wun be drinking it again...

Organize a BBQ party

I always prepare my guess list everytime i organize a party...a draft name list enable me to plan how much food i need to prepare.

List down the things to buy, food to be prepared...etc.

After shopping done, its time to open up the packs & clean it. Especially the chicken wings...need to remove all the "bulu" and marinate it. This time was fast cos i have a super blender helps me out. Blend all the garlic & ginger, add in soya sauce, curry powder...etc.

Lamb chop always the favourite during a BBQ...not to forget this...hahhaha...I blend pepper and marinate with it. Unfortunately i dun have black ones...hahah

Then, for some starter...potatoes salad of cos. 1st, boiled the potatoes, de-skin it, cut into tube, add in salt, butter and some oregano leaves...mix well. and put into fridge to chill it.

Drinks? yeah...i took out all of the hotel "souveniors" given and open up all, "bancuh" it and let it cold, ready to be serve chill when guest comes.

Basically, it's easy to prepare a party la... see you got effort or not only...hahahha

Need to send something to seremban plant, so schedule it to be evening so that we can have dinner there. Ah dear is asking the crabby as a reward to accompany me....hahhah...well...ok, i said.

Oredered Cheese crab this time cos last time i ordered BBQ crab and the feedback was not nice...so this time clever a bit...hahhah.

Also ordered "moon" hor & vege...look at the "moon" hor...so delicious! the egg complete this dish...yum yum...

Crabby is always our favourite...yeah, the minimum order is 1kg, and yeah, we finished up all... geng leh?!

Look at the difference of damages we did...whose is more "clean"? I bet it's mine...my tongue is so geng one...can twist&turn, dig up all the meat...hahahha.

The bill cost us RM61.00 which i think ok la...not too bad la...since ho-chiak recommend one worrrr...

Then, ah dear suddenly craving for siew pau...and I have no idea where can we get the famous siew pau shop... no choice but to go to a place sells siew pau and cut tourist throat one....hahaha...i guess only la...

The place is very obvious, it's just besides the NKVE highway near seremban. U sure know which one...rite?

Anyway, it's says the BEST siew pau and enter the m'sia book of record...both of us know that...those enter this record, sure not nice one la...no choice la...i dunno where else...hahah

Then the place got a corner displaying all sorts of oldies thingy such as old iron, old telephone, old type writer...etc. I noticed some soft drink too... F&N... i still remember last time mom always mention "holland" water....this is the one lorrr....kekekeke...nostalgia...man...

Anyway, i just gotto know F&N means Fraser & Neave....oic...
