Sneak preview of an emerald

I've found an emerald! it's nearly mine, documents are almost ready. Once done, it will be mine. Dun mis-understood, it is not a rock, not a stone, i could not afford a real rock/stone as i dun start saving since young. Tat's why!

All i can is a house for time being. My melaka hse is almost sold, so, i am very disturbed with this earlier "good news"...hahhaa...i need to find ways to clear all my things in there and move to it to "new house". But "new house" not yet mine, and because its a 2nd hand house, i need to refurbish abit here and there. It's not mine yet so i cannot "do" any renovation works...

After i have explained my situation to the seller, they agree to lend me the keys. This is the 2nd time i saw the house... ahhahaha... 

This is the living hall, i think we need the paint job and the stairs need to change to laminated wood.

Living hall, need to change colour on the feature wall or shall i remain n retouch abit? i think i will go for change of colours. =)

We went to ikea to bought a chest, to better organise our thing in bedroom.

And this is after! Yay!!! New item added... another piece of puzzle captured!

Water Filter

With a kid now, everything must be hygeine nowadays. We will soon moving back to our own house soon after ah dear start goes back to work.

She reminds me agian to get a water filter for our house. So tat it is safe for jedric to drink, bath, wash clothes....etc.

So, i just took out my contact, give a call to the boss and order from him. The company is Enertec which they got put ads on city explorer magazine and a counter @Giant Melaka. I survey before last year, planning to install one but then, think tat only 2 of us, not so urgent to have. But now is different liao.

Without much hesitation, i called and ask them come install the next day, promotion price still remain till now...hahahha... RM1100, with one main filter (medium size, fibre material) plus a in house water filter. I think it's a good buy. (City explorer need RM1400 *wink*)




Ok, this is before install, i clean and make way for the in house filter.





Now, this is installed liao. I can have cleaned water for drinking, shower starting now...





i need to drain off all the water in my water tank. The technician will help me to clean tank as well. Guarantee a clean water. Just look at the colour....yucks...





Technician is installing the main filter...jeng jeng jeng!





Here is the filter, which i think its a must after i see them backwash and drain off my tank... the water colour is....CHOCOLATE! I dunno how much i have eaten in...think oso my body itch...

TNB

There is one fine day when i was at home, suddenly my house's lightings become blinking! Like those in horror movie...diu lo... and i am alone...

But it come and go... i heard some weird sound from my electrical meter and fan oso got some weird sound.

Without hesitation, i pick up my phone, call 15454, i.e TNB! To make a complaint, tell them the story and they promise me will come about an hour.

The come and check, found out loose contact on the incoming, so, they cut off those bad contact wire and reinstall back for me. FOC! without any charge and tat easy only. No hassle!




Bad contact wire tip. If you face the same problem, you can call them to check anytime. Thwy come about 8something @nite. This is the services u expect when u pay for electricity.





The next day, i inspect my meter, i found a poor cicak stuck inside and died inside...





I think it kena "short" till death...poor thing...how can it end up inside one?

My new decor item

I bought my house back in 2006. This is how it looks like before we move in.







Below pics is how it looks like now... actually nothing much different la... but recently i decided to give it a change. I bought a new decor item, just to make my house look different. More "canggih"...

Ok la... i tell you la... it's Antenna. Yes, it's a antenna!!! For TV1, 2, 3, 7, 8...etc...




Y i say it's a decoration item? oh well, i spent rm200 to ask some electrician to install a brand new antenna for me becos the old antenna already twisted due to rusk+wear n tear...

After the guy installed and with strong booster too, i still cannot received a clear channel. Sometimes at nite i still can get TV1... the guy did a lil' troubleshootingon it and found out tat it's my TV causing the problem, my TV cannot received the signal... he convinced me by bringing another set of TV to try in front of me. His TV can received all channel.

But the signal still very poor here, all channel are having "ants" running aroung in the TV screen! I post a question to him, "how come still not clear?". "oh! i ask around already, they told me signal here is lousy, u cannot get a good signal one, it's block by a hill behind there!"

WTF? Eventhough i fix my TV i still cannot get a good signal... Y dun u tell me this area is no good before you install and paid you! Shit man...

Now, i am stuck half way, spent rm200 for an antenna for receiving nothing. Linked me more problems, fix my TV or direct switch to astro? TMD! real shitty situation!

Feeling really worse tat day...

But then, i try to be positive, i told miki, we have added a new decor item in our house, now, our house is more like a house liao! Yeah, new item added in my house, it cost me RM200! For not doing anything, no function at all... letting all the "burung gagak" or pigeon to have a rest station!

Am i positive enuff?

我家院子里杂草丛生，懒惰的我一向都不爱去整理。

原本将要在这个星期六搞个“轰趴”所以特地请人把草剪掉了。

但是最后还是要一再延迟。

希望不需要等到草儿再长高才来搞吧？

不然我又要破费请人来整理了。。。

Figure Collection Box

If you like figures, am sure u have the same problem with me. Which is...dunno how to store them. Put them in original box? Inside cabinet? Inside cupboard? Or special made glass cabinet? Well if ikea RM199 is too expensive...

May I recommend this gem tat i found in DAISO which only cost me RM5.00.

So, now, I can show off all my collections. They dun need to hide in a box somewhere in my house.



See?! Even be@rbrick is so happy dancing inside...



Another one is for Beckham, Owen x2, Barthez, Veron. Ah dear say they are too crowded. So, i bought them another one.



This box is so good design tat can be stacked up. If you have the problem, head to DAISO the curves or DAISO Melaka, get urselves one or two...

Sell off you unused CRT monitor

I had my unused 13" CRT monitor (in good condition) sell off to a computer shop in Malim.

Instead of letting the unwanted CRT sitting at home, taking up some space, I decided to let it go and turn it into cash.

I got RM20.00 for this 10years old but still in good condition 13" CRT monitor.

Well, I am just glad that I recycle a monitor today, earned RM20.00, make up some extra space. Nothing else more ideal for this...

So, if you have unused monitor would like to recycle, go to this shop located in Malim. if you coming from Brother's roundabout, the shop is located on your right hand side.

Cukai Tanah & Cukai Harta, Negeri Melaka

Since I got many friends bought house liao, I wanted to share with them wat to pay and where to pay and of cos when to pay!

Cukai Tanah:

• Pay before 31st May yearly.
• Pay @ Wisma Negeri, MITC Melaka.
• Take number 1st when reach there.
  
• Bring over previous year's resit and ask for latest print copy at the counter.
• Then proceed to counter made the payment when your number being called.

Below is how the Cukai Tanah look like...









Cukai Harta:

• Pay before every half yearly. Jan-Jun and July-Dec.
  
• Pay @ Wisma MBMB, Ayer Keroh Melaka. (Next to Jusco)
• Bring over previous resit and ask for latest print copy at the counter.
• Take number.
  
• Then proceed to counter made the payment when your number being called.

Well, tat's simple!!!

Remember to pay lorrrr!
