今天我们去吃了顿美味的午餐，板面。

然后就去瞎拼了。

以为亲爱的会跟我出去逛街。与朋友逛到10点多才回家。

结果嘞！被骂。亲爱的呆在家一整天。发脾气了。

不一样了，不可这样了，要体贴。。。

Restaurant Tong Sheng, Melaka Raya

Here famous for steamboat, cheese soup base. Also crabby cheese. Some say the chef is from Restaurant Lee which famous for Cheese crabby.

Had a chance to eat steamboat here.



Laura, ah dear, and Wan Sin... Thanks to Steven & Wan Sin to suggest nice food for us!

Then the cheese base soup arrived...we actually taste it, taste like mushroom soup...ahhahah!




Steven is playing games while waiting for the real food arrived. Look at the pricing of each type of soup base. We need to pay extra RM10.00 for the cheese soup.

Here come the food...so nice, so delicious...

All dump-in and wait...

It's ready...so, we start to attack!!! Sorry for no photo shows during we eating, we are just too busy for the good food.

All sapu habis, the cheese soup oso sapu habis. We are FULL tank!

Total bill, RM 68.70 for 5 persons. We ordered 4 persons portion. Quite reasonable price with such special delicious food.

If you have chance, try oso the cheese crabby meehoon! Highly recommended! I had it in Restaurant Lee.

Unforgetable taste...

休息了将近两个星期，亲爱的终于要回到工作岗位了。

今天我起的很早，因为要载她上班。

9点多，她给我发了一则短讯，说全公司的人都知道了。哈哈哈。。。没办法啦！

应该她老板说溜嘴吧！

而我呢，找了些音乐CD，要给亲爱的听，可以沉淀一下心情。让她可以保持心情愉快。

有 kenny G, Kitaro, georce gorban。。。等等

还要一些胎教听的。

下班后，到岳父家吃饭，然后就直接回KL了。

政府诊所一直叫我们回去给他们做检查。预约了今天。亲爱的说没什么检查，只是问问题，谈谈天，说说地。

晚餐去吃麦当劳，好像是我怀孕，常常想要吃某些食物。

天啊！不会吧？！

Valentines day - steak cooking

Bought some steak ready to cook on Valentine's day but Hui Ching wanted to belanja whole family to Ikan Bakar.

So, I postpone to Monday instead.



1stly, I boiled all the vege and corn. Place it on the serving plate.



Put some butter on corn, some seasoning on vege...




Chopped garlic, butter, brown sauce needed to cook the gravy.



Grilled the steak, make it 1min, then flip over for another min, flip again 2~3min, and lastly flip over forlast 2~3min with medium fire. If you want medium done, try less minute.



Done.

Place onto serving plate.

And now, for the gravy part. Cook the garlic to golden colour and pour in the brown sauce.

Cook till it become thick and it is consider done.

Pour onto serving plate and it is ready to be served!

家里的电脑坏了。亲爱的一整天没得上网。好可怜。哈哈！

也好，因为整天对着电脑不好。应该睡觉，休息。

大雨

一场耗时半小时的闪电大雨后，我家附近就淹水了。。。

唉~马来西亚的排水系统真失败！

好久都没下雨了。

这场大雨彻底的把这几个月的炎热给冲掉了。

好爽快！

但愿不要像两年前的南马大水灾酱就好了。

Ikan Bakar Serkam, Melaka

Hui Ching got the new job long time ago, she decided to belanja me and ah dear makan.

She ask me wat i prefer...

Ikan bakar of cos!!! Everytime, got any occasion, any promotion or anyone got new job...sure belanja makan ikan bakar one. Cheap, fresh and nice!

We wjole family go for Valentine's dinner together-gether. Hahahah...so romantic!

We went very very far this time...to Serkam. Medan Ikan Bakar Serkam.

After choosing the seafood, order drinks... Sirap Bandung dua jug pls!

Here, they serve nasi lemak in plate one...the santan....so thick! Smells GOOD!

Hui Ying is attacking the fish head...this young lady is so damn good in eating the fish head... *Salute*

Total bill less than rm150.

We had fish, fish, more fish, sotong, nasi lemak, sirap bandung...

不记得任何特别事。

Fruit lou-sang

Nin Cho Chat - Everybody's birthday!

So, I went nearby chinese restaurant to buy lou-sang, but failed, seldom get lou-sang here.

End up Restaurant Lee in Muzaffar Height.

The staff tell me their lou-sang is different from others, most importantly healthy and delicious.



They call it Fruit Lou-sang.




Well, I love to be adventurous abit when come to food. (provided not too gross looking la...)



So, I bought one set and bring to Pil house to celebrate this joyous day.

1! 2! 3! start to lou-sang... according to customs, we will say out loud with good things, best wishes...



I'm simple : I wish everyone I know is healthy, my family healthy, safe-safe-ty-ty la...

This is after lou-sang...look so delicious, there isn't any colouring crackers, all are fruits...so healthy, wat a good start to go in the year of OX!

Seriously, it really delicious, the salmon is a lot...worth it RM38.80!

Sapu habis this time...normally those ordinary lou-sang will not sapu habis one cos the colouring is a bit geli-fying...but not this.

Trust me...give it a try next year. I for sure will go for it again next year!

到岳父家吃饭，带了些蔬菜去煮。医生说亲爱的要吃多点菜。

待在岳父家观看利物浦与曼城的比赛，看完上半场就回家睡觉了。

无所事事又一天。。。

亲爱的发现Jusco婴儿展里有赠品兑换。

是一支牙膏，给孕妇用的，价值RM7.90 （130g）

我们换到了一支，条件是要是孕妇，要一支空的牙膏作对换。

然后，我们也顺便买些食物回家煮。

晚餐，跟好友们去吃芝士火锅，好好吃！

朋友都替我们感到高兴！

过后，送朋友回家，超远的呢！

今天一早起来，赶快忙完早上的工作。然后陪亲爱的到MMC去检查。

我俩都有点担心，但是我很相信GH的检查有问题，因为医生都很年轻，没什么经验。

把一切的经过告诉Dr. Tan WK，他建议再扫描一次。

紧张的时刻来临，医生说：“好现象！”

接着，给我看胎儿的心跳。。。好神奇！

感谢主！

一切正常！ 初步推断胎儿已有7W1D了！

我笑了。。。

亲爱的也放下心来，我可以看得出她是多么的开心。

RM60是值得的。。。专业的诊断！

医生也给了几包的奶粉我们。。。

我们早就买了，亲爱的又可以继续喝奶粉了。

出来后我们都忙着把这振奋人心的消息转告亲朋好友们！

因为昨晚看了场电影，今天醒来发了个梦，是个女孩。。。

好开心！

明天要到MMC去做检查！

晚上，我们告诉宝贝要乖乖出来好让医生看到。

有点紧张。。。

咸茶 aka 擂茶

哈哈！又是我，天才小厨师！

今天我要为大家介绍我从小吃到大的客家名菜！擂茶 or 咸茶！

话说，有一天，在岳父家看电视，看到阿贤的节目介绍。结果呢，被人家看扁只会讲不会做。

所以呢，我当场答应亲自下厨，来炮制一餐 “咸茶”！

第二天的一早，我一个人到 bkt beruang 的巴刹买菜。 全部菜只花了RM16.50。



以上就是煮咸茶的一些基本材料。。。



再来，就是准备咯！把全部都切成丁状。然后，放一旁备用。




记得！菜若是要炒得香，就得靠蒜米啦。。。




全部菜丁拿去炒，花生也是，炒成熟，去皮。洋葱，菜豆，算，都要跟虾米一起炒。菜要放咸一点，因为要跟汤一起吃。

豆腐要煎，然后跟算一起炒。就搞定啦。

要炒一些菜心跟金不换，备用。要来做汤用。

说明咸茶，当然少不了茶叶嘛！

以前小时候，我们都用擂的，现在？用搅拌器咯。我发明用搅拌器的嘞。。。厉害吧？懒惰吧？

把茶叶，菜心跟金不换，花生，芝麻，盐，倒进搅拌器。也可以加一些薄荷叶。

打成稠状，必须加些水。。。若是打不碎，再加点水。就完成啦。

把稠状倒出来，加上沸腾的水，酱就变成了咸茶汤了啦！简单吧？

把全部饭菜加起来，淋上咸茶，加上花生，就变成外面卖RM5.00一碗的咸茶了！

味道简直是正宗的正宗嘛！跟妈妈的味道非常相像，相似度高达90%！

这是我第一次煮咸茶，以前只懂会等妈妈煮好然后大吃特吃！从来都不会帮忙。。。

现在我会了。

我的嘴巴真厉害，吃一吃就知道怎样煮。

我太天才了！哈哈哈！
