"Lame" chop from C'est Délicieux Restaurant

Always wanted to cook western food. Love it lots. Bought some lamb few months back?!?!?! Has been sitting in the freezer for quite sometime already. Seldom have chance to cook. Mil always cook dinner for us.

I cannot tahan anymore, if dun cook it, it will be rotten and it's a wastage. So, one fine day, i defrost the lamb and marinate it.

Here is my marinate ingredient recipe:
  • Pepper, half table spoon
  • Sugar, 1 full table spoon
  • HP sauce, 3 full table spoon
  • Oyster sauce, 2~3 table spoon
  • Chopped garlic, some
  • Egg, 1x

Let it marinate for 1~2days, put back to fridge.

Then, when you wanna cook, just bring out and grilled it. Cook the brown sauce, boil the vege and boil+grill potato. Then add in the sauce, tat's it!



This is my dinner...yummy yummy!
