I cannot tahan anymore, if dun cook it, it will be rotten and it's a wastage. So, one fine day, i defrost the lamb and marinate it.
Here is my marinate ingredient recipe:
- Pepper, half table spoon
- Sugar, 1 full table spoon
- HP sauce, 3 full table spoon
- Oyster sauce, 2~3 table spoon
- Chopped garlic, some
- Egg, 1x
Let it marinate for 1~2days, put back to fridge.
Then, when you wanna cook, just bring out and grilled it. Cook the brown sauce, boil the vege and boil+grill potato. Then add in the sauce, tat's it!
