What is discussion means in a sales world?
Discussion means the higher level has the oppurtunity to interact with the customer's higher level and the lower level and the customer's lower level sit there and listen... agree? The lower level can only nod head, laugh on the no so funny joke, and always say "Yes"..... left with all the action item to be follow up...then you just go and work it out urself...
Other than that...wat else can you do? =)
