Schweinsbraten

Ask Brandon & Steven out for dinner when I am on training in KL for a week. The best place to hang out?! The curve of cos....Damansara rulez!


After a hard day at work...it's best to hang out with ur buddy, eat or drink something...talking nonsense....wat a great way to relax...felt really comfortable......


We had a bavarian dinner...3 of us share one set of frankfurters and one set of Schweinsbraten (pork knuckle). Yeah...i had the original one in Munich. Of cos this one cannot compare to Munich one...but still delicious...and yes! it's huge...can't finish that alone...luckily we made the right choice, SHARE! hahahaha...

Both of them go for dark beer, but i go for weisbeer! Yummy yummy! Once i drank the 1st sip...all of my tiredness, pressure gone down to my tummy...just like that...it's cool me off instantly. Really...




For the main course...Frankfurters, there are a few types la, but i dunno wat is it cos i did not read the whole thing...haahahha....pakai eat nia...and yeah...steven try to arrange the frankfurters into "something"...





The Schweinsbraten is just to huge for us...the skin is so crunchy and you can feel the BBQ taste...so yummy...and yes, if you can stand salty, go for this...





See?! left the bone nia...if this bone bring back and cook soup....delicious man...hahahha
